Sitting here at the house and its pretty quiet considering I have three kids. Working on my candy business, I have neglected it because of other responsibilities. I have to make the time if I am going to make this work. Currently I have (12) machines on site, but I have been making some good buys lately and have about (35) machines in the garage. I need some spare parts (which I will be ordering next week) and then its only  matter of time to place them. I now have a new future goal of (200) machines that I want to place. On the low in it should earn me 3000.00 to up to 5000.00 a month. I am still planning on using the money on my first real estate deal.

Had a sorry week with the candy business. One of my machines had been broken into twice and found out it was an employee, the manager asked to pull my machine and didn't want to deal with the hassle....really! On top of that lost two machines, one the business closed and the other decided they didn't want it. Those three machines brought in between 75-80 dollars. I have to spend some time this weekend on the business and get a plan to place the 33 machines in my garage.  Once I have all my machines placed I should be bringing in between 800 to 10000 dollars a month, need that money to buy my first rental property.

I'm back!

Well I have been away for awhile and some changes have happened. Last November (2012) I started a bulk candy business and have currently 12 machines placed. Still learning the business, but hope to have 75 machines placed by year end. I plan to use this money to purchase my first rental property, a small one, but none the less a rental! I have put ahold a any food business right now, especially since the economy is in the tank for new restaurants. I get excited and have to catch myself and take the role of the turtle rather than the hare with business.

It begins

Well after much discussion with wife I have decided to start and save up for a Pizza Delivery business. I have been collecting books, articles, and programs in hopes to begin and learn the business. I plan on applying at a local pizzeria to get hands on experience. Pretty excited about the future!
